Set in the old powerhouse of a 1930s garment factory, The Boiler Room blends industrial history with one of the most polished dining rooms in Dublin. The Krauss family has turned the space into an intimate, modern restaurant with a kitchen that pushes well beyond tavern fare. It’s widely seen as the borough’s first true fine‑dining destination and remains one of the standout anchors of the new Dublin Town Center.
