The Pineville Tavern still has the bones of a very old-school (1742) Bucks County tavern, but these days it runs more like a full-on destination restaurant—the kind of place that regularly has a waitlist because people plan their night around eating here.

The expanded building still carries that classic tavern history—depending on which side of the house you are seated—but the experience has shifted toward elevated comfort food, polished service, and a menu that feels far bigger than its humble roots. Lunch and dinner run seven days a week, and the bar leans into local flavor with seasonal craft beers and cocktails. It’s a modern restaurant wrapped in the charm of a bygone tavern, and that mix is exactly why it stays packed.

Reservations are highly recommended.
