Nestled in the heart of New Hope, Pennsylvania, the historic Salt House has been a Main Street landmark since 1751. Originally serving as a salt house, the building’s upstairs still features a massive winch that once pulled blocks of salt through its double windows.

Over the centuries, the Salt House has evolved with the times. It functioned as a ticket house for the ferry that traversed the Delaware River, and at one point, it served as the town library. After several incarnations as dining and drinking establishments, The Salt House has found its current identity, enriching the local culinary scene.
