The Penndel Pub is a tough place to enjoy unless you’re specifically there to play pool or watch someone who is. Beyond that, it doesn’t offer much to keep you around.
A few of the bartenders are genuinely great, and they’ll crank the music on the jukebox if you ask – though most nights the juke is competing with the constant drone of the lottery machines that flood this place.
Finally, the room is dirty, rarely feels lively and the overall vibe suggests management isn’t particularly invested in making the place welcoming or fun.
